How does the pudo locker work?
Our fast courier then picks up your package and delivers it to the pudo locker or address of your choice. The recipient is notified that their package delivery has arrived in a locker. They then pick up their package. To open the locker containing their package, they enter the PIN code that was sent to them via SMS.
How long does pudo take to deliver?
The journey back took four days which is still within the estimated 1-4 business day delivery times on the Pudo website. Different locker sizes have varying prices ranging from R50 to R200, but a limited promotion makes XS parcels R40 and all the other sizes R50.
How long to pick up pudo?
From the moment you receive the notification stating your package has arrived at one of the pudo lockers, you will have 36 hours to pick up your package. If you don’t pick up your package within the deadline, it will be sent to the closest pudo Kiosk/Depot.
