What are fat cakes made of?
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well. Add the water and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and mix into a soft dough. Cover with a towel and allow to rise for one hour, at which point the dough should have doubled in size.
